Before You Go...

  • Please load and start the dishwasher
  • Bring all trash & recycling to the outdoor bins (in the side yard behind the fireplace)
  • Please leave sheets on the beds (left unmade) and hang wet towels in the bathroom
  • Lock up windows, turn off TV, lights, fans & heaters
  • Complete one last walk-through checking drawers, counters and behind doors for phone chargers, eyeglasses and personal items before you leave
  • Please lock the front door as you leave
  • Please report any accidental damage or other items needing attention so we can take care of them before our next guests arrive

Check-Out by 10:00 AM

The 10 AM check-out time is strictly enforced as we may have another guest arriving later that same day and need time to complete the housekeeping turnover service and a pre-arrival inspection.

If you have a late flight or wish to spend the day in San Diego before driving home, we encourage you to purchase a guaranteed late-departure until 6:00 PM. We will block off the night of your departure to prevent another guest from booking their arrival this same date, and we will reschedule the housekeeping until the next day.

To help with scheduling, we ask that you confirm your guaranteed late check-out at least 2-weeks prior to your stay.

Alternatively, we can make arrangements for you to store your luggage for a few hours.
